  • Deep Tissue

This modality of massage uses slow, deeper strokes to effectively treat the muscles and fascia in your body. Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles and is an extremely important part of your anatomy. Aside from surrounding your muscles, it also holds every organ, bone, nerve fiber and blood vessel in place. When your fascia is stressed from activites of everyday life, exercise or trauma, it tightens which can cause muscle pain or tension. By working these deep layers, we can break up scar tissue and muscle adhesions leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.

  • Aromatherapy

The use of essential oils! Depending on your treatment goals, different essential oils can be used to help aid in muscle tension and allow you to decompress mentally/emotionally. My aromatherapy massage is a mix of swedish/deep tissue techniques with your own unique mix of essential oils. When booking this session, please fill out the intake form so I can get an idea of what you’re looking for and your preferences on oil.

  • Trigger Point Release

Trigger points develop in a taut band of skeletal muscle or fascia. This happens when a muscle is put through repetitive motions, poor posture or an acute injury. When compressed, they can refer pain to other areas in your body and can be really tender. This type of massage is not the most comfortable but spending some time on these areas can be extremely beneficial in reliving chronic tension.

  • Swedish

Think flowy and relaxing. This style of massage includes light, gentle strokes to increase blood circulation to the muscles throughout your body. By doing this, it can calm both your nervous system and relax any muscular tension you are holding on to.

  • Injury Specific

Have a pesky injury that you’re having trouble rehab? This option is great for focus solely on your problem area. Massage is wonderful along side physical therapy. We can increase blood flow, oxygen and nutrients to help aid in repair of your tissues.
